Abstract
I chose topic of Human recourses in the area of reimbursement and compensation for my dissertation work.
This topic is widely known and current society pays more attention to this topic (due to it’s importance).
The (first) - theoretical part includes description of the main facilities, ‘terminus technicus’ and methods in the reimbursement and compensation area.
In the second - (theoretical) part, myonic s.r.o, and its details have been introduced. The history of the company, brief introduction of its industry and main information about the company were illustrated.
In the practical part I have illustrated the current state of the reimbursement and compensation in the company. The analyses of the reimbursement and compensation of the company was completed and explained, I described the specific illustration questioning one of the employees - Technical Staff from the research-marketing department. This was done through the method of the questionnaire, which consist of the 13 questions. The outcome of the questionnaire is illustrated in the SWOT analyses.
I suggested specific recommendations based on the acquired information. The information could be used in company management of myonic s.r.o. in development of the reimbursement and compensation system and/or for the next audit ISO 9001.
