Kontrolní činnost na úseku živnostenského podnikání

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis deals with monitoring and supervision over the activities of licenced businesses which are considered to be one of the most common trade forms in the Czech Republic. Ensuring of supervision and control in this business area is imperative for the compliance with the obligations arising from the laws governing these commercial activities. The objective of the thesis is to approach the questions of control of the commercial activities, the analysis of the legislation in this field and to give a comprehensive overview of the supervisory issues over the business activities. The first section lists the professional terms related to the field of business and trade control. This part subsequently includes the description of the rights and obligations of both the supervisory bodies and the controlled entities. A substantial part of the work is focused on the control process from its start throughout its own course to the very end, including the application of sanctions in the sphere of commercial activities as a result of the inspection findings. This part also gives the description of offences and administrative delicts as well as various kinds of individual sanctions.
