Cementování ozubených kol

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá chemicko-tepelným zpracováním, cementací podeutektoidní oceli, ze které byla vyrobena speciální ozubená kola. Teoretická část je zaměřena na různé způsoby chemicko-tepelného zpracování ocelí a na základní procesy, které u CHTZ probíhají. Jsou zde charakterizována různá cementační prostředí a porovnána tepelná zpracování po cementaci. V teoretické části jsou také rozebrány vlastnosti a mikrostruktura cementovaných vrstev. Praktická část popisuje postup cementace ozubených kol a zabývá se analýzou mikrostruktury, ve které se objevuje nežádoucí karbidické síťoví. Dosažená hloubka cementované vrstvy byla ověřena měřením mikrotvrdosti.

This thesis deals with the issue of chemical heat treatment, carburizing of hypo eutectoid steel from which a special gears had been produces. The theoretical part focuses on different ways of chemical heat treatment of steels and basic processes which take place during chemical heat treatment. There are characterized different carburizing environments and compared the heat treatment after carburizing. The theoretical part also analyses the properties and microstructure of carburized layers. The practical part describes the procedure for gears carburizing and deals with the analysis of microstructures, where appears undesirable carbides. Reached case hardened depth was verified by measuring if microhardness.
