Abstract

The topic described in this bachelor thesis is website analysis of selected restaurants. These restaurants are located in Přerov - they are Pivovar, Parník, U Madony, U Labutě and Floria. The thesis has two goals. The first is to find out satisfaction of customers with services of selected restaurants and with its websites. The other goal is to find out the meaning of these websites. For these purposes was created a questionnaire, which was distributed to a specific group of people. They were the inhabitants of Přerov, who at least once visited one of the selected restaurants. According to answers, the informants were quite satisfied with the services of restaurants. Each restaurant had suggestions to make the services better. With the websites the informants were satisfied too. The number of visitors was not too big, but there were many of suggestions to make the websites better. According to most of informants the websites of restaurants have a big meaning. The first is to get information about the restaurants and its actions. The other is a possibility to see menu cards and beverage cards. According to many of informants the websites serve as advertisement.
