Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of consumer behavior of customers of e-shops with fashion. The main goal of this work is to analyze the consumer behavior of customers of fashion e-shops, to find out how often and when customers shop on fashion e-shops, to find out the criteria for selecting a specific e-shop and the preferred type of purchased products. Based on the obtained data, create appropriate proposals and recommendations to improve the services provided, and especially to increase customer satisfaction.
