The issue of examining changes in runoff conditions in the area caused by transport infrastructure has a multidisciplinary character. Assessment of changes in runoff conditions, therefore including the full comprehensive reconnaissance of areas of interest, adequate examination of the history of human interventions in this area with the fact that we now generally available and applicable software tools (universal simulation programs). The goal was to sufficiently clarify and analyze the issue, including controls related legislative, regulatory and other documents. With the use of applicable software tools has proved possible to simulate the effects of transport structures on runoff in the area of interest. The first chapter provides an introduction to solved the problem and identifies problems and their basic characteristics. The second chapter reviews the current status of this issue.
