Využití biocharu pro intenzifikaci produkce a složení bioplynu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of biochar, prepared by pyrolysis of corn silage and digestate from corn silage, on the production of biogas and methane, respectively, in the process of anaerobic digestion. The theoretical part deals with the topic of anaerobic digestion, the characteristics of prepared products and their use, as well as the issue of pyrolysis and influencing factors on pyrolysis products - biochar, pyrolysis gas and bio-oil. In the experimental part of the work, samples of biochar at different temperatures were first prepared by pyrolysis. Biochar samples were then used as substrate additives for a batch-free discontinuous mesophilic anaerobic digestion test (BMP test) in vial bioreactors with gas burettes.
