Abstract
The diploma thesis focuses on an issue of the process of the recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees‘. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the current process of recruitment, selection and adaptation from the Employees' and Employer's Point of View. Then will be suggested proposals and recommendations for the personnel department of the selected company. The theoretical part of diploma thesis describes theoretical basis of chosen topic. The practical part of diploma thesis contains the characteristics of the selected company, analysis of the current system of employees‘ recruitment, selection and adaptation and evaluation these processes. From the gathered theoretical knowledge, analysis of the current system and evaluation of surveys, are proposed improvements and ideas, which would help the company with setup processes.
