Možnosti zvýšení efektivnosti systému varování Olomouckého kraje

Abstract

The thesis deals with the warning system of the population. First, there is solved the part of warning system generally, including the legislative framework. Particularly, specifically focusing on the Olomouc Region and the state of warning system, followed by design of more efficient system of warning. The main objective is a scheme of new system MIDAR, which is based on the location of a user through the transmitters. The advantage of this system lies mainly in the field of warning the hearing-impaired citizens, newcomers to the dangerous location, the ability to distinguish between the numbers of foreign states, and thus convert the SMS alert in the appropriate foreign language. The potential of this system can be applied in other areas, such as sending information about traffic accidents, traffic jams and roadblocks, or to find lost children and people.
