Abstract

Kulturně vzdělávací centrum v areálu bývalého statku ve Velké Bystřici Předmětem práce je návrh řešení revitalizace bývalého statku ve Velké Bystřici, nedaleko města Olomouc. Statek, dříve velmi známý pro svou zahradnickou činnost s oranžérií, je dnes sídlem drobných firem pracujících s malovýrobou a chovem zvěře, především jelenů a daňků. Díky těsné blízkosti zámeckého centra, má statek určitý potenciál k oživení, neboť zmíněné centrum je místem kulturního dění města. Velká Bystřice je součástí oblasti Haná, a díky každoročně se pořádajícím akcím orientovaným na lidové tradice a řemesla, jsou tamní zvyky stále silně živé a v podvědomí všech občanů města i přilehlých obcí. Cílem diplomové práce je znovuoživení upadajícího areálu statku s využitím historického, přírodního i kulturního bohatství, které je pro tuto oblast typické. Ve své práci se zabývám zhodnocením a nalezením řešení, jak využít chátrající barokní sýpku, která dosud nemá žádné uplatnění, a obohatit upadající areál o kulturně-vzdělávací prostory se zaměřením na zemědělsko-hospodářskou činnost. Součástí práce je také návrh prostranství a komplexní řešení celého areálu.

Cultural and educational center in formal farmstead in Velká Bystřice Object of the thesis is a design of revitalization of former farmstead in Velká Bystřice which is located near Olomouc. The farm which used to be famous for its gardening activities including an orangery has become a seat for small businesses and agriculture companies focused on deers and fallow deers. Thanks to the nearby chateau, farm has a potential for recovery as mentioned center is a center-point of town‘s culture life. Velká Bystřice is a part of Haná region and because of annual folklore events all local traditions remain strong, lively and firm in in the minds of local citizens and those from close neighborhood. This diploma thesis works towards reviving of declining farmstead area by using historical, natural and cultural values typical for this region. I look into evaluation of current state, finding of solution how to make use of baroque granary which hasn‘t had any usage so far and adding cultural and educational spaces focused mainly on local traditions and customs. Especially agro-economic activity. The thesis also include design of public spaces and complex design of the farmstead area itself.
