Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is elaboration of project documentation for a residential building with café, design of a reliable and economical heating system, ventilation and hot water preparation system. Extent of the executed project corresponds to construction documentation.
Design of the heat source is based on layout and spatial arrangement of the building and respects climatic conditions of the given area and fuel and energy availability in the catchment area. Ventilation is designed to provide permanent ventilation for residential areas and impulse air outlet for spaces with sources of pollution (smell, humidity etc.). The design also emphasizes environmental protection in terms of reducing emissions, so-called greenhouse gases.
