Abstract

The goal of my thesis is to determine client satisfaction with the quality of services provided and offered by the travel agency Vítkovice tours, Ltd. How clients evaluate the ancillary services, accommodation type, access of TA´s staff in addressing complaints, the extent of the information provided through catalogs and websites, but also what is their overall satisfaction with services rendered. From research carried out to identify initiatives to improve services and make them appropriate recommendations, which eventually leading to the improvement of services offered.
