Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace kraje vykonávající činnost gymnázia

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením příspěvkové organizace kraje vykonávající činnost gymnázia. Cílem práce bylo popsat na základě ekonomických ukazatelů dostupné finanční prostředky a možnosti jejich získávání příspěvkovou organizací kraje, provést analýzu hospodaření v letech 2009-2013 a navrhnout případná doporučení pro další ekonomický vývoj organizace. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska systému regionálního školství, zejména oblast finančního zabezpečení. Analýza hospodaření vybrané organizace je předmětem druhé části práce. Závěrečná část práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení získaných informací a následná doporučení na podporu zefektivnění hospodaření organizace.

This diploma work deals with the contributory organization economy of region performing the activity of Sports High School. The target of the work was to describe available financial resources on the basis of economic indicators and the possibilities of their obtaining by regional contributory organization, to analyze economy in the years 2009-2013 and to propose any recommendations for further economic development of the organization. The first part of the work focuses on the theoretical basis of regional education system, especially in the area of financial security. Analysis of the management of the chosen organization is the subject of the second part. The final part focuses on the evaluation of the information obtained and subsequent recommendations to promote more effective management of the organization.
