Abstract
This bachelor thesis proposes a digital transformation of key processes at the engineering company UNIKO under Industry 4.0. The objective was to analyze analog information flows and design a modernization project to enhance efficiency and quality. The theoretical section defines cyber-physical systems and productivity economics. Analysis at the Šenov facility revealed bottlenecks in paper records and manual data transfer. The proposal includes developing communication infrastructure, implementing a DNC system, and digital quality management. The contribution is an implementation plan with an estimated return on investment within 14 to 18 months.
