Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v obci Kozmice

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je tvorba územní studie vybrané lokality „Z8, Z9 a Z10“ v obci Kozmice. Práce zahrnuje komplexní architektonicko-urbanistické řešení se záměrem využití území pro funkci individuálního bydlení. Návrh zohledňuje stávající limity využití území a začleňuje zástavbu do okolního prostředí. Návrh lokality je proveden ve třech variantách, z nichž je jedna vybrána pro podrobnější zpracování. Součástí práce je řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury v rozsahu územní studie, vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků a orientační ekonomický propočet návrhu.

The main topic of the master’s thesis is to work out a territorial studie of selected area „Z8, Z9 and Z10“ in the village Kozmice. The work includes a global architectural and urban design with the intention of using land for housing. The design takes into account of existing land use limits and involves the building into the surrounding enviroment. The site design is made of three versions, one of them is selected for further procesing. The work includes solution of transport and technical infrastructure, in the rage of a territorial studie. The evaluation of achieved results and rough economic evalutation is also part of the task.
