Abstract

KRIŠTOFOVÁ, A.: Family house on a slope, Těrlicko, Bachelor´s Thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, 2024. Thesis Advisor: Ing. arch. Filip Slivka The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a project documentation for a construction of family house. The design of family house is based on a pre processed study and the project documentation for a building permit which has been made in the class Ateliérová tvorba 5. The basis for the preparation of the final architectural study come from the project from the class Ateliérová tvorba 1. The solved object is a family house in the village Horní Těrlicko on the street Topolová, on parcel number 3925/6. The thesis is divided on textual and drawing documentation. The textual part is focused on accompanying documentation and technical report of building. The project documentation contains the solved building with a terrace, including engineering networks, hardened surfaces, and fencing. Appendices contain a drawing documentation with complete documentation for construction, detail drawings, and an architectural detail of the facade execution.
