Orličky – Změna funkce stávajícího sportovního areálu Suchý vrch včetně objemové studie ubytovacího a stravovacího objektu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu územní a objemové studie dané lokality a to pro podporu cestovního ruchu a volno časové aktivity. Areál bude zaměřen na zimní sporty, turistiku a rekreaci. V úvodní části je popsaná problematika občanské vybavenosti a platný území plán obce. Textovou část tvoří dokumentace k žádosti o vydání územního rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. Samotný návrh řeší objekt hotelu (restauraci, ubytovací zařízení). Studie bude také řešit technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu, veřejnou zeleň a oddechové zóny. Na závěr bude uveden propočet předpokládaných nákladů na výstavbu objektů.

The subject of this work is the drafting of territorial displacement and the study sites and to promote tourism and leisure activities. The site will focus on winter sports, tourism and recreation. The introductory section describes the problem of amenities and a valid plan for the village. Part is a text file the application for planning permission on the site location. The proposal itself deals with building of the hotel (restaurants, accommodation). The study will also address technical and transport infrastructure, public green and recreational areas. At the conclusion will be given the calculation of expected costs for the construction of buildings.
