Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the employee remuneration system in selected bank in the form of benefits. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current and potential way of remuneration of employees in the form of benefits and to evaluate whether it is appropriate to use the new supplier's offer. The method of analysis to find information about the current and new way of providing benefits through internal bank information is used in the thesis. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on the comparison of the current and potential remuneration system, on the basis of which it is evaluated whether the new supplier selection plan is satisfactory or not.
