Vypracování metodiky školení a výcviku bezpečného provádění prací v uzavřených prostorech

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of working in confined spaces, with an emphasis on the training and instruction of workers for these activities. A risk assessment was conducted to identify risks arising from activities in confined spaces, and corrective measures were established. Based on these measures, conditions were established for performing activities in confined spaces to ensure occupational safety and health during such activities. Based on the conditions for performing activities in confined spaces, a training program was designed for workers who perform such activities. The training was divided into a theoretical component, during which employees acquire theoretical knowledge on the subject, and a practical training component, for which training cards were created. The trainer uses these cards to assemble an ideal training program for each employee, allowing them to apply their knowledge in practice at a training ground.
