Abstract
Main job for this work is optimization of existing production line and product manufacturing flow enhancement. The main focus is on product throughput of manufacturing production line nXDS from current 130 pcs per working week up to 180 pcs per working week. For the optimization of production line there were detected the weakest nodes which were enhanced to reach requested throughput and fully satisfy customer requirements.
