Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice v průmyslovém podniku. Obsahem investice je rekonstrukce osmi zastaralých pecí, které jsou finančně nákladné a znečišťují životní prostředí. Nejprve je charakterizována společnost, v další části je popsaná teorie investic, metody hodnocení investic, zdroje investování a rizika. V praktické části jsou rozebrány vybrané pece a jejich technické stavy. Poslední část je zaměřena na výpočty vybraných metod hodnocení efektivnosti investice, jako je doba návratnosti, výnosnost investice, čistá současná hodnota a vnitřní výnosové procento. Kapitola je rozšířena o druhou variantu projektu. V závěru je uvedeno, zda se investice vyplatila nebo ne.

The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in industry. Content investment is the reconstruction of eight outdated furnaces which are expensive and pollute the environment. First, it is characterized by a company in another part describes the theory of investment, investment evaluation methods, sources of investment and risk. The practical part deals with selected furnaces and their technical condition. The last part is focused on calculations of investment efficiency evaluation methods, such as the Payback Period, the Return on Investment, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return. The chapter is extended to the second variant of the project. In conclusion, it is stated that the investment is paid off or not.
