Abstract

ŠEJBOVÁ, Veronika. Protection of persons at Open-Air Cultural Events. [Diploma Thesis]. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2017. 70 p. The thesis deals with the protection of persons during large-scale Open-Air Cultural Events. The work is performed to describe the cultural events organized in the Czech Republic, the variety of safety provision and threats affecting these events. The analytical part deals with risk analysis of incidents that occur during Open-Air Cultural Events and analysis of population protection measures useable in dealing with these emergencies. The conclusion is a proposal activities of organizationally‑technical nature related to ensuring the safety of people during the organizing of large-scale Open-Air Cultural Events.
