Analýza a zefektivnění modelu predikce cash flow v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Práce se zabývá analýzou a zefektivněním stávajícího modelu sloužícího ke zjištění cash flow v průmyslovém podniku ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. Obsahuje teoretická východiska daného problému, popis současného stavu a v závěru práce je vyhodnoceno a navrženo zefektivnění. Také je zde popsán informační systém SAP, který je klíčovou částí modelu predikce cash flow. Součástí práce je také stručná charakteristika společnosti, její historie, současnost a konkurence. Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současného modelu používaného ke zpracování cash flow, uvedení vhodného návrhu na jeho zlepšení a jeho následná aplikace.

The thesis deals with analyzing and modifying of the existing model which is applied to estimate the cash flow in the industrial company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. It includes theoretical information about the problem, describes the current status and offers the proposal of the improvement in the final part. Also describes SAP system, which is a key part of the prediction cash flow model. An integral part of this chapter is brief characteristic of the company, its history, present and competition. The target of this thesis is to analyze the model which is used to estimate the cash flow, provides the appropriate proposals that would be better and its subsequent application in the practice.
