Abstract

This thesis is focused on explication of electronic signature problems and certificatory authorities. It deals with the rise of this nowadays phenomenon, analyses the principle of electronic signature and makes readers acquainted with technologic and legislative aspect. It approaches the usage of electronic signature in communication with the State Administration and other physical or juristic persons, it compares providers of certificatory services in the light of products, services and their prices, information which they offer and of many other aspects, which are always noted in an overview table. There is described the way of obtaining the qualifying certificate and the first steps of its usage. The final estimation and the view of future complete the compact survey of this topic.
