Posouzení investičního záměru strojírenského podniku

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is concentrated on the assessment of the investment project in the engineering company. In the theoretical part are explained important terms, in the practical part is introduced company BRANO GROUP a. s., which relates to the investment project. The intended investment was assessed of using five criteria for assessment of investment. There were compared two variants of the financing plan, not indebted and indebted project. After considering all the options it was recommended the optimal financing.
