Právní, účetní a daňová úprava a financování občanských sdružení a spolků

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with non-profit organisations. It focuses on their legal side, accounting, taxes and financing. All data are afterwards implemented in chosen non-state non-profit organisation with the goal to simplify the change of the legal form – from civic association to the society due to the change of civil legal code. All single steps, which this organisation has to undergo to change the legal form are described and at the end the can be found analysis of financing.
