Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with turnover analysis of agency employees in an industrial company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part is focused on the selected company, on the theoretical basis of employee turnover and agency employment. The output of the practical part is the evaluation of cooperation with individual employment agencies and the evaluation of the motivation of the agency employees. The contribution of the thesis is the proposal for cooperation with selected agencies and a proposal for the adjustment of motivational measures to reduce the turnover of agency employees.
