Ergonomická analýza montážního pracoviště při jeho přijímání do sériové výroby

Abstract

CIGÁNEK, Matouš. Ergonomic analysis of the assembly workplace during accepting into series production. Bachelor thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2019, 42 pages. This bachelor thesis deals with headlight assembling and production on an assembly line of Hella Autotechnik s.r.o. The ergonomic system, its aims as a science, chosen methods of ergonomic analyses, and ergonomic risks are studied in the theoretical part. Then the internal guidelines of the company are analysed and compared to our legislation. The final result of this thesis is a new checklist which considers the hygienic requirements of the Czech Republic and Hella Autotechnik Nova s.r.o.
