Analýza spotřebitelského chování v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the behavior of consumers and their preferences when choosing a holiday. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of consumer behavior and all factors influencing consumers when choosing products or services. The second theoretical part deals with the tourism market, where the characteristics of the market are described. The practical part includes the methodology of the work and the results obtained by means of a questionnaire survey, which took place through the online environment. At the end of the work, recommendations and suggestions are written, which were based on the results of the analysis.
