Abstract

This thesis is focused to give overview in issues related to the obtaining, treatment and reuse of secondary raw material resources in a complex of 8 selected material commodities. In my work I have tried to describe the problems both in terms of the relevant legislation, as well as information relating to the characteristics, statistical data, and a recycling processes for each described material. In this area, there have been considerable changes, which develop further and are influenced by many subjects. This is the reason why a lot of data is difficult to find in current professional literature. Based on the above information for this thesis I have extensively searched in professional journals, official documents of the institutions, in corporate documents and further ones, which provide significantly more accurate current status and trends in research of secondary raw materials.
