Abstract

The thesis explores the issue of establishing the connection of the customer to the low-voltage power distribution network, including the connection of a local power station. The thesis discusses the theory including legislation, periods for connection and distribution tariff including conditions for its awarding. The problem of electricity consumption measurement is researched from the point of its principle and the point of measurements device placement. Also, measure-ments failures are discussed. Last part of the thesis explores activities related to the manufactur-ing of electricity, e.i. licensing, alternatives of generated energy reporting and subsidy condi-tions. In the conclusion part of the thesis, the theory is illustrated in a model example describing the connection of a family house.
