Abstract

In the presented thesis is described the area in a pond of Energetika Třinec located in the village of Dolní Líštná. The theoretical part is characteristic of natural conditions of the interest areas, a description of selected toxic elements and their destiny in the environment. At the end of theoretical part is described the method of phytoremediation and its techniques. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of plant species occurring in the area of interest from the perspective of remediation techniques.
