Prostorová analýza přestupků v Kolíně

Abstract

The thesis analyzes and comparison the offenses recorded in the database of the Municipal Police Kolín in 2010 and last four months of 2015. The first step was to transform the database and data harmonization. It was also done geocoding, which has been processed using the program GeoCoder. The analytical part focuses on the spatial and temporal aspects of the selected category of offenses, specifically arouse public nuisance, pollution of public spaces, illegal advert, offenses against property, parking in no stopping and no entry. Spatial analysis method is mainly used kernel density estimates. Although the results of each category vary, some locations such as the center of city, housing development on a street V Kasárnách and Kolín train station repeatedly show increased value of the number of offenses. For the most risky it can be pointed out near the train station Kolín.
