Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits in the selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current system of employee benefits in the company XY and then to propose recommendations for improvements. Quantitative research – survey, method of analysis, synthesis and deduction are used to achieve the aim. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the definition and meaning of employee benefits is first clarified, and the structure of benefits from various perspectives is also outlined. Then it is followed by the characteristics of individual employee benefits, including their tax solutions as well as some non-traditional employee benefits are described. The theoretical part is finished by adjusting the employee benefits at the employer and ways of providing employee benefits. The practical part analyses the current system of employee benefits in the company XY and recommendations for its improvement are suggested.
