Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců u dodavatele automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of employee satisfaction as a supplier for the automotive industry, where the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the basic theoretical knowledge of job satisfaction and employee motivation. The aim of the practical part is to analyse job satisfaction in a selected company by means of a questionnaire survey. Interpretation of the results to the managers of the company and search for possible corrective measures to obtain greater employee motivation and satisfaction.
