Problematika těžby skrývkových hmot v oblasti Teplické výsypky na Dole Bílina

Abstract

The dissertation describes the problematic mining of the large machine K 10 000 / K74 on the first overburden cut section of the Bílina quarry. The dissertation characterizes the forecourt of the Bílina Mine, which in terms of geology, stratigraphy and hydrogeology is very diverse. The specifics of overburden mining are hampered by archaeological research and, above all, frequent occurrence military ammunition from II. world war. It was necessary not only to respond to all these factors by changing the mining technology, but above all by protecting the mining technology and the safety of the crew. The proposed technical solution of the machine ensures all safety aspects in case of contact with ammunition. Another part of the work consists of individual technical measures of a specific machine in problematic parts of Teplice dumps. The last chapter evaluates the course of mining with a backup system that will ensure the protection of human lives on the said large machine.
