Zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných měst v České republice

Abstract

The main goal of the diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the development of management of selected municipalities of the Czech Republic in the framework of expenditures on services for the population in the years 2012-2018. The theoretical passage is a sign of the activities of the municipality in the conditions of the Czech Republic. It describes the definition of an independent municipality, including membership, self-government, municipal bodies, the municipal budget and the budget. According to the RUD Act, municipalities with more than 30,000 inhabitants and less than 30,000 inhabitants are divided in this work. The practical part of the analysis of costs per capita focuses on other areas of the population than those inhabited by other family members, and further analyzes the expenditure on selected areas per capita. Among the population living over 30,000 inhabitants are among the population with more than 30,000 inhabitants. In addition, these are individual sections of groups of services for the population, which have more than 30 % of the population, except sports and leisure activities, health care and other activities that provide services for the population, where more funds of the municipality are under 30,000 inhabitants.
