Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the entry into the market and competitive position of the company JFD Brokers. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of strategic analysis, macro environment, the company microenvironment and in particular the definition of competitor analysis. After the practical application of the above analysis follows the introduction, a description of the concepts that are the subject of business, performance of selected competitors and subsequent comparison using impact matrix. Based on the analyzes have been suggested recommendations regarding particular, the company entered the market and develop appropriate marketing strategies.
