Úhrady z dobývacích prostorů a vydobytých nerostů a jejich význam

Abstract

The paper deals with characteristics of two economic instruments associated with raw material mining in compliance with the Mining Act. The bachelor´s thesis informs the reader about the issue of taxes from the mining areas and payments for extracted minerals, especially about the legislature and the development of legal regulations concerning the charges. The paper in its main part deals with municipal revenue associated with the mining, which is part of the municipal budget, and evaluates the development of charges and their economic significance in specific regions.
