Abstract

The theme of Bachelor work is small and medium company. The aim was to establish a fictitious company with a legal form of limited company. Salon Lenny, is a company that I established. I described the steps of setting, what documents are required to fill in various offices, and I developed a business plan. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were evaluated according to the SWOT analyse in the bussines plan. Location of the company was chosen according to the location advantages and number of competitors in the area. Prices were set by comparing prices of competetive companies and to cover at least the first year losses. Proccess of company establishing is written in the way that reader is able to set up company without any problems. Documents are used for visual demonstration.
