Trvalé zlepšování v malém podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementaci metody Kaizen v podniku BARPOL , který je zaměřený na výrobu produktů ze dřeva. Teoretická část se zabývá základními principy a seznámení s metodou Kaizen, je zde obecně popsán systém neustálého zlepšování. V praktické části je navržen a implementována metoda Kaizen, hlavní součástí jsou výsledky dotazníkového šetření ve společnosti. V závěru práce jsou zhodnocený výstupy.

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the Kaizen method in BARPOL, which is focused on the production of wood products. The theoretical part deals with the basic principles and familiarization with the Kaizen method, there is a general description of the system of continuous improvement. The Kaizen method is designed and implemented in the practical part, the main part of which is the results of the questionnaire survey in the company. At the end of the thesis are evaluated outputs.
