Analýza zdrojů financování reálné investice

Abstract

Stanovení optimální varianty financování je nezbytnou součástí rozhodování o pořízení investičního projektu. Podnikový management je povinen vybrat vhodný způsob financování tak, aby byla udržena likvidita podniku a nenarušena jeho finanční stabilita. Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnání vybraných způsobů financování reálné investice pomocí metody diskontované hodnoty výdajů a následný výběr nejvýhodnější z posuzovaných variant financování. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány zdroje financování, které jsou rozděleny z hlediska jejich původu na interní a externí. Dále je zde uveden popis nejvyužívanějších metod hodnocení investičních projektů, včetně metody diskontované hodnoty výdajů, která je použita v praktické části práce. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na popis vybrané společnosti a investice, kterou se společnost rozhodla realizovat. Kapitola je dále věnována posouzení jednotlivých variant financování, mezi které je zařazeno financování vlastními zdroji, bankovním úvěrem a leasingem. V závěru práce je uvedeno celkové srovnání posuzovaných variant financování a vybrána nejvýhodnější z nich.

Determination of the optimal variant of financing is an essential part of decision-making in investment project. Corporate management is required to select the appropriate method of financing to maintain the Company's liquidity and its unimpaired financial stability. The aim of this thesis is the comparison of selected methods of financing real investment using the method of the discounted value of the expenditures and subsequent selection of the most suitable one from the assessed options of financing. The theoretical part describes the sources of financing, which are divided in terms of their origin, into internal and external. There is also a description of the most used methods for evaluation of investment projects, including the method of the discounted value of the expenditures which is used in the practical part. The practical part is focused on the description of a selected company and investment that the company decided to implement. The chapter is also devoted to the assessment of individual financing options, among which is included the financing by their own sources, bank loan and financial lease. In conclusion, there is given an overall comparison of the assessed options of the funding and the most suitable option is selected from them.
