Hodnocení kultury bezpečnosti v podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the level of safety culture in industrial company XY. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current situation, identify strengths and weaknesses and propose measures for improvement. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the term safety culture, its key components, development and importance for the management of organizations. The application part uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, namely a questionnaire survey (including the standardized instrument NOSACQ-50) and a situational assessment. The results indicate a prevalent formal approach to safety management and low levels of employee engagement. The paper formulates specific recommendations for improving the safety culture in order to enhance efficiency, risk prevention and the overall work climate in the organization.
