Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to propose a communication strategy for key stakeholders. The secondary goal is the segmentation of the student organization's stakeholders. The external environment of the organization, including its media environment, was investigated using individual methods. After that, the influence of the stakeholders was measured and proposals of the communication strategies of the key stakeholders were subsequently drawn up. Furthermore, stakeholder segmentation was carried out. The individual methods were summarized in the Lean Canvas model. At the end, a discussion was held with suggestions and recommendations.
