Formy platebního styku – rozvoj elektronického bankovnictví v České republice

Abstract

The objective of this work is to evaluate the development of electronic banking in the Czech Republic in three banking institutions, to compare the advantages and disadvantages of direct banking and evaluate the lowest cost with the highest level of security. The theoretical part is focused on basic terms of payment, which summarizes the findings of individual types and tools in the Czech Republic currently used when making payment operations. It also includes analysis of a questionnaire survey of general public on the development of electronic banking in the Czech Republic. Finally, the survey shows satisfaction of citizens, advantages of payment types and security of funds.
