Abstract
The thesis describes negative factors when using technology GNSS in surveying practice. Main part of the thesis includes suggestions of experimental observation and its realization. The purpose is to analyze results of the measurement when the observation conditions are deliberately bad. The focused
parts are multipath, negative influence of the high voltage and vegetation.
This dissertation dedicates to precision of the spatial position elevation part which is commonly known as the weakest of the GNSS technology. This work evaluates GNSS technology usage in area of monitoring declinations in real data from real geodetic practice.
In connection with problems of relative precision in monitored points, so called displacement, was designed and manufactured tool which will be used for GNSS machines testing.
Practical part of this thesis is supplied by theoretical bases which are connected to GNSS technology and negative factors that degrade precision and
results availability in geodetic practice. Individual chapters are supplied by photos, schemes, pictures, tables with results and enclosures which are saved on CD.
