Pětipodlažní obytný dům z materiálů na bázi dřeva.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a statické posouzení pětipodlažního obytného domu z materiálů na bázi dřeva. Součástí práce je rešerše historických i současných konstrukčních systémů vícepodlažních domů na bázi dřeva a také variantní dispoziční řešení. V práci jsou řešeny skladby jednotlivých konstrukcí tak, aby vyhovovaly požadavkům na tepelnou techniku, akustiku a požární odolnost. V hlavní části je statické posouzení nosných prvků, spojů a ztužení konstrukce. Nosná konstrukce stropu je řešena ve třech variantách. V závěru práce jsem srovnala dvě možnosti založení objektu.

The aim of diploma thesis is design and static assessment of five-storey house made of wooden-based materials. A part of this thesis is research of historical and contemporary structural systems of multi-storey buildings made of wooden-based materials and also disposition solutions. The work dealt with the composition of individual constructions to meet the requirements for heat engineering, acoustics and fire resistance. The main part is about a static assessment of structural elements, connections, and structural bracing. The carrier structure of the ceiling is solved in three variants. At the conclusion I compared two possibilities of foundation of the building.
