Zhodnocení finančního zdraví stavební firmy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial health of Slezské Stavby Opava, s. r. o. in the years 2017-2021 using selected methods and to determine recommendations leading to the improvement or maintenance of the current state of financial health based on the results. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part focuses on the basic characteristics of the concepts and methods of financial analysis. The second part includes the introduction of the analyzed company and the implementation of the financial health analysis using absolute data analysis, difference and ratio analysis, pyramid decomposition of partial effects, selected credit and bankruptcy models and economic value added. Recommendations were then determined based on the results of these methods.
