Abstract

I focus my diploma thesis on opportunities connected with using BSC method in MEAS CZ Ltd as a way for company´s better performance. The practical and theoretical parts are bounded. The theoretical part is based mainly on specialized literature for given problematic. The practical part is based on my knowledge of the company, then on information published on internet and on materials provided me by company. The strategic BSC targets were chosen from real company opportunities and shortages. I highlight problematic issues and opportunities and I give proposals how to fix or abuse it. I suggest rethinking of proposed BSC by management and its further application in company. It can be a great boon for the company and first step for continual rentability, liquidity and other financial and non-financial targets achieving.
