Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the area of evaluation of employees in a specific manufacturing enterprise. The goal is to analyze the present system of performance evaluation and based on results to propose measures to its improvement. The first part summarizes theoretical background of of employee evaluation, including the main principles of performance management. The second and third part deals with the presentation and analysis of the company's current system of employee evaluation. The conclusion is devoted to suggestions and recommendations in the management and performance evaluation.
